We’re looking for an Account Director to be a leader within our agency and a strategic partner for our clients. Our Account Directors are tasked with developing strategy, building client relationships and showing financial performance on all assigned accounts. They have a passion for world-class creative work and will push the boundaries to bring great ideas to life. They excel at collaboration with internal teams, external partners and our clients.

  • Our Account Directors demonstrate initiative in improving our client relationships, exhibiting a sense of ownership and elevating the quality of every client
  • They are comfortable driving marketing and creative excellence, innovation, and business
  • They thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable making big


  • The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of account management experience in an agency or other related
  • Demonstrated mastery of campaign execution with over $2MM in paid media (across digital and traditional channels)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or New

  • Write sharp, well-written and inspirational creative briefs
  • Build strong partnerships with our Creative and Strategy teams; shape ideas and strategies

  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets and resource plans
  • Develop realistic, yet opportunistic, measurement plans
  • Create business growth opportunities within client relationships
  • Develop scopes of work, keeping agency profitability and the potential for great work in mind

Act Like A Pro

  • Develop and lead senior-level client relationships
  • Keep clients informed of project schedules, next steps/necessary actions and project budgets
  • Resolve client concerns as needed
  • Showcase powerful presentation skills to sell through work to our clients
  • Develop new scopes of work, and monitor agency profitability against existing scopes and budgets
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Elevate the quality of every client interaction
  • Stay calm amidst chaos
