Creative Director, Clark Creative Group
Daryl Anderson is a multidisciplinary creative director with over 20 years experience in marketing strategy, corporate branding and continuity. He graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and received a BFA with emphasis in Graphic Design. Daryl began his career in industries such as fashion and beauty, food and grocery, and health care. After honing skills in critical thinking, brand development and management from the inside out, he was nabbed by Clark Creative Group. When he’s not helping to inspire fellow art directors, copywriters, video editors and web developers in producing award winning marketing, he can be found immersing himself in foreign cultures or out playing in the dirt.
Account Lead, Centro
David Lempp, Account Lead at Centro, has over a decade of marketing experience and achievement with the majority of it focused in the Omaha market including positions with Sinclair Broadcasting, BH Media, and Viamedia. His experience as a Local Sales Manager, Research Director, and Marketing Consultant have made him well-suited for his current role. Centro proudly offers turn-key digital solutions for brands, agencies, and publishers across the US. David is an Omaha native and a University of Nebraska – Lincoln graduate.
Marketing Manager, Ronald McDonald House Charities In Omaha
After graduating from The Art Institute of Las Vegas with her bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Ann Woodford returned to her hometown of Omaha. She took a job designing shirts and store signage for a local sporting goods company, where her passion for design and marketing flourished. In 2013, Ann received a new job opportunity at Goodwill Industries, Inc. in Omaha, where she could use her design skills to help an organization with a mission to help people in the community find self-sustaining employment. Ann’s talents were quickly recognized at Goodwill, and she was promoted to Marketing Manager. Ann oversaw all marketing strategy and design work for the entire agency, including 17 retail stores.
In April of 2019, Ann joined the team at Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in Omaha as their Marketing Manager. Every day she looks forward to supporting the children and families that RMHC serves.
When not busy strategizing and designing, she enjoys volunteering for local organizations and spending time with her son, Max and husband, Chris, as well as their two dogs, Wilbur and Ralphie.
Ann has been with AAF Omaha since 2015 and has served on the Communications and Public Service committees before joining the executive board. When asked about her favorite part of AAF, she said “connecting with others, attending fun events, and learning about and advocating for the industry, just to name a few.”
Account Executive, Bozell
As an Omaha native, Jenna traveled a short stint north and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Journalism. But no stranger to Omaha or its advertising community, Jenna has held internships at Bailey Lauerman (as the 2016 Connections Strategy intern) and Bozell, her current employer. Being quickly promoted to Account Coordinator and serving currently as Account Executive, she serves as the lead for Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo & Aquarium, Nebraska Public Power District, Kaneko, Avenue Scholars, among others. Her goal with clients is simple: clear communication and thoughtful objectives.
When not at the office, you can find Jenna at home with her husband and Boston Terrier.
Advertising Coordinator, WoodmenLife
Cody joined WoodmenLife in June 2018. As an advertising coordinator, he is responsible for developing multi-channel advertising campaigns, and advising sales representatives on the best advertising tactics for their budget and goals. Prior to joining WoodmenLife, Cody spent five years at High Plains Journal as a marketing assistant and digital advertising coordinator.
Cody is originally from Deweese, NE and a University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate. He enjoys cycling, reading, sports, YouTube and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.

Jess is a graduate from the University of South Dakota with a B.A. in Media and Journalism. She has held leadership roles and internships that solidified her passion to work in the marketing industry. Jess currently works at Clark Creative Group as their Digital Strategist where she tracks clients’ digital stats, assists on campaigns and researches new digital strategies.
She is excited to serve on the AAF Omaha Board for the first time. Outside of work Jess enjoys concerts, going to the gym, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Erin is the Co-Owner and Brand Strategist at Folk – A Brand Strategy & Design Studio in Omaha. Erin’s passion for developing smart strategy has allowed her to work with top health care and agriculture brands, as well as small business owners and non-profits looking to make their mark. As Brand Strategist at Folk, Erin takes pride in helping clients of all sizes build meaningful connections with consumers.
Director of Media Services, Anderson Partners
Ginny is the Director of Media Services at Anderson Partners, a full-service advertising agency and marketing communication firm. She develops strategic media plans for the firm and its clients. She also plays an integral role in maintaining media partnerships, negotiating sponsorships and evaluating media platform effectiveness, while ensuring the smartest use of clients’ marketing dollars. She works directly with media contacts to explore new touch points and increase client exposure. Ginny has been with Anderson Partners since 2017 and before that, spent 12 years with Godfather’s Pizza, Inc. as a marketing manager/media buyer. Ginny is originally from Shenandoah, IA and is a graduate of Dana College. She lives in Council Bluffs with her husband Brently and their two cats Alex and Thomas. She is a huge fan of Creighton Basketball, Marvel movies and 80’s music and is an expert in Friends trivia.
Digital Sales Manager, Hearst Television KETV
Hi, I’m Cassi Warren, Digital Sales Manager for KETV-ABC, Hearst Television. Seeing businesses succeed and the local economy thrive is what drives my passion for advertising. Every day, I get the opportunity to work with KETV Account Managers, advertising agencies, and clients, helping them develop successful advertising campaigns to reach the right audience with the right message. My license plates are IdeaGrl and I always have plenty of ideas to share if you ever find yourself in need of some brainstorming and collaboration. In my free time you will find me practicing and performing improv or hopping on a motorcycle with my husband for a ride through the bluffs.
Designer and Production Manager, Clark Creative Group
Jessica is a go-getter who’s eager to breathe life into a project from concept to completion. A true unicorn, her diverse and abundant skills allow her to have a hand in every step of the process. With talent in both the strategic and creative sides, she is a valuable asset to the Clark Creative Group team. Operating on the belief that concept is queen, her knack for problem-solving and love for collaboration make her both a well-rounded designer and a strong production manager for Clark Creative Group clients. Jessica holds dual Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Nebraska in Communication and Graphic Design, she’s crashed into the Omaha creative community with passion and vigor.
Jessica is persistent in her pursuit to “do it all.” She is an experienced graphic designer with skills in writing, proofing, project management, web development — the list goes on. She thrives in the details and assures every project is as perfect as possible. She also keeps the creativity going in her personal life, running her own lifestyle blog where she writes about her passions of interior design, fashion, travel and gardening.
Real Estate and Leasing Manager, Lamar Outdoor Advertising of Omaha
Jim has been with Lamar Outdoor Advertising of Omaha since January of 2011. As Real Estate and Lease Manager, Jim’s daily duties with Lamar Outdoor require him to work with property owners with whom Lamar Outdoor leases portions of their land to construct and maintain billboard sign structures for advertising purposes. Jim also partners with local and state officials on the licensing and permitting of billboard advertising signs while always looking for new opportunities to grow Lamar’s footprint and working relationships with the Omaha Metro Market.
At 6’3”, 240 lbs, on paper Jim has the physical attributes comparable to an NFL linebacker. In person however, these stats add up to a complete Dad body with a muscle definition like that of The Schmoo. He is happily married and she seems to like him too. Together they are the proud parents of two decent sons. In his spare time, Jim enjoys any type of outdoor activity, such as fishing, golfing, working on the family’s weekend mobile home down by the river, or just sitting in his garage. He is a skilled multitask-er, with his greatest talent being able to mow his entire lawn with a beer in one hand.
President, Paula Presents!
Celebrating 30+ years in the advertising/event planning field. Paula started her company in the early 80s and currently works with her husband Tom and collaborates with a variety of other professionals in the PR, media and event planning world here in Omaha and beyond.
The company does everything from designing print collateral on a national level to planning and executing non-profit and corporate events and conferences locally, regionally and nationally. Paula still truly loves what she does and is glad she has had the opportunity to keep learning and growing.
Paula was on the Board of AAF Omaha for 10 years serving in a number of positions including President. She was happy to return to serve as co-chair for the 2012 American Advertising Awards, 2014 American Advertising Awards, 2016 American Advertising and 2018 American Advertising Awards. Paula is looking forward to continuing to co-chairing the Membership team this year.
Managing Partner/Director of Sales & Marketing, Frost Media Group
Alec graduated from Saint Leo University with a degree in marketing in 2009. Alec started his career in sales at Camping World Corporate in Chicago. He began in the marketing department and worked his way to sales manager in Council Bluffs, IA and Jacksonville FL from 2010-2015. Taking what he had learned from working in RVs for 5 years, Alec applied it to national sales at Dex Media. There Alec Rahe was named Sales Rep of the year in 2015 along with multiple other sales awards. He then applied his entrepreneurial spirit to other ventures like starting the Omaha Coffee Truck 2016-2017 and becoming Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Frost Media Group in 2018.
At Frost Media Group Alec currently works with a team of 8 people in Omaha and Kansas City. Frost Media Group’s focus is the video story telling of businesses and nonprofits to help organization achieve their communication and fundraising goals.
When Alec is not working he enjoys playing golf, as well as lacrosse on his team the Aksarben Stampede, a semi-professional indoor team. He currently lives with his girlfriend Jillian, dog, Bennett and cat, Loki.
Director, Mid-America Expositions, Inc.
Bob joined Mid-America Expo in 2005. Their company produces trade shows, events, and festivals. The Omaha Health & Wellness Expo, the Taste of Omaha, the Nebraska Balloon & Wine Festival are a few of their shows. He is also the Chairman of the Greater Omaha Sports Committee which produces the Outland Trophy Award Dinner among other events. Bob previously worked at Mutual of Omaha in the Customer Service Division and worked at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Creighton University. Bob has been a board member of AAF Omaha since 2011. He was on the Public Service Committee from 2012-2018 and the Membership Committee from 2018-2020. He is looking forward to working on the Legislative Committee this year.
Chris LaCroix, formerly of Verdant Creative is currently a full time freelance designer. Chris attended the Creative Center Art College in 2005 and shortly thereafter started his own design business. For over 10 years Chris has been helping his clients with a wide variety of services including Logo and Web Design. His specialization is corporate identity and he has brought his strengths to small businesses to help develop and refine their brand.
When Chris isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his friends and family. Chris is the proud fur father of two kitties; Steve and Sally.
Copywriter, Bailey Lauerman
After spending most of her life in Colorado, Marlee moved back to Texas where she graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising in May of 2016. By February 2017 she’d completed portfolio school at Job Propulsion Lab, taking home Best of Show at the Austin American Advertising Awards. Since June of 2017 Marlee has climbed the ranks at Bailey Lauerman from Copy Intern to Copywriter working on projects for clients including Phillips 66, Kendall Motor Oil, United Healthcare, and Bosch. Since landing in Omaha, she’s also volunteered her time to our very own Meet the Pros committee. When its pencils down, Marlee can be found with her husband Collin cooking, gardening, or walking their three dogs—preferably along a hiking trail.
Account Executive, Verizon Media
Kevin joined Verizon Media in 2016. During his time at Verizon Media, Kevin has on-boarded companies like On Purple, Home Chef, and Everlane. Kevin assisted these companies with their advertising needs on a few Verizon Media brands. These brands consist of Yahoo Finance, Tech Crunch, Huffington Post, and Xbox.
Kevin was born in California and transplanted to the Omaha area where he graduated with a degree in criminal justice. Kevin has worked for Heartland Family Service and Boys Town working directly with youth in the juvenile system.
Kevin stays active in his community by bringing tech companies in Omaha together. Kevin wants to bring more companies together to make a positive impact on the community.
Senior Account Executive, RCG Advertising & Media
Lauren has been managing and optimizing complex programs for nearly two decades. At RCG, Lauren manages the development and seamless execution of multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including coordinating creative deliverables, media strategy and budget management. From healthcare to retail, Lauren has extensive experience in planning and orchestrating campaigns for digital, social, broadcast and outdoor.
Prior to joining RCG, Lauren worked for the State of Nebraska, coordinating programs for the state’s Assistive Technology Partnership. This position involved data analysis, infrastructure development, marketing and strategic planning.
Lauren serves on the Public Service Committee of the American Advertising Federation Omaha and is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor’s in Natural Resource Science.

Lauren brings 15 years of marketing and advertising experience from global and mid-size agencies in Kansas City. Lauren seeks out collaborative companies looking for respectful partnerships. Lauren serves as a member of the agency’s leadership team and helps identify opportunities to support the local community, expand BL’s capabilities and evolve agency solutions to align with today’s modern media landscape.
Formerly VP of Growth & Development at GlynnDevins, she was in charge of business development for the senior-living- focused agency and evolving their engagement models to better serve the wide range of clients in need of innovative occupancy solutions. Lauren also spent 11 years at the global advertising agency VML, managing client relationships and supporting business development efforts for Fortune 500 brands such as Colgate-Palmolive, Gatorade, Bayer, Wendy’s, Sprint, Ford, and New Balance.
Digital Media Planner and Buyer, RCG Advertising and Media
Suzanne is a digital media planner and buyer at RCG Advertising and Media where she plans, places, analyzes, and optimizes digital campaigns across the channels of paid search, paid social, programmatic display and OTT video. She specializes in helping clients understand the value and insights provided from digital reporting. Suzanne is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha where she received a bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Head of Paid Media, Bozell
Rod has been in marketing and advertising for over nine years working with clients across a variety of industries including travel, education, technology, engineering, telecommunications and nonprofits.
In his current role at Bozell he is head of paid media. Previously, Rod was a senior account strategist at Verizon Media where he developed targeting strategies and executed digital media campaigns for clients.
Rod is a graduate of Creighton University and Bellevue University. In his free time, he loves listening to R&B, working out and chasing his son around the house.
